One Punch Man is an action anime that revolves around Saitama, a hero for fun. He protects everyone and defeats every villain with a single punch. Still, there are many villains that would have been a total menace if Saitama had not dealt with them. This post lists some of the strongest villains in the One Punch Man series.

10. Armoured Gorilla

Armoured Gorilla is one of the villains from the House of Evolution. He is a cyborg made by Dr. Genus. He was sent by Dr. Genus along with some other villains  to bring Saitama for research in the House of Evolution. He fought Genos but was quickly defeated and lost his limbs and helmet in the process. He promised to answer any of Saitama’s questions in exchange for sparing his life. Later, he was also killed by the One Punch Man.

Crablante was a villain who looked like a crab. He transformed into a crab-like creature after eating too many crabs. After that he committed mass murder, killing everyone who came in his path. He was shown in the story when Saitama was a normal human being before becoming One Punch Man. He was finding a boy who mocked him by drawing nipples on his chest. When he found the boy, Saitama interrupted and saved the boy. He told the boy to go home and confronted the monster alone. He was defeated by Saitama. When the monster was about to deliver his final blow, Saitama jumps and uses his necktie to pull out the eye of the monster killing him as his internal organs were also pulled out.

Mosquito Girl is a villain shown in the Z- city. She was shown having the abilities of a mosquito like flying. Initially, she was shown terrorizing the residents of the Z-city by forcing them to be inside their houses. Later, she was confronted with Genos who burnt a lot of her mosquitoes and also tore her legs. She then transforms using the blood of her own mosquitoes and  completely surpasses Genos in speed and strength. Shortly, she was defeated by naked Saitama in a single slap who was lured there by a mosquito.

Vaccine Man was a purple villain with two antennas on his head and a muscular body. He had immense strength and the power to shapeshift into a more complex form with sharp teeth, fangs and claws. He was born from the excessive pollution and waste produced by industries and human beings. He regarded human beings as an infection who were making the earth sick by polluting it and took it as his job to wipe them off to vaccinate the earth. He wanted to wipe out all of humanity to cleanse the earth but he was killed by One Punch Man in a single punch.

6. Speed-o’-Sonic

Sonic is a veteran ninja and assassin. He has immense strength, immense durability and excellent speed. As an experienced assassin, He can also hide himself with the surroundings. He has the fighting ability to that of an S-class hero but he. However, he is quite helpless against dragon level monsters like Gale Wind and Hellfire. He was embarrassed by losing the fights to  One Punch Man. He tries constantly challenging him to a fight but never manages to win. His loss against One Punch Man has motivated him to train harder and become a strong fighter. During his fight with Genos, he was able to keep up with the cyborg effortlessly, and moving so fast that Fubuki could not see both of them. But later, he was outmatched in speed by Saitama’s Serious sideway jumps.

5. Deep Sea King

Deep Sea King is a disaster level monster that emerged from the sea. He was a prideful and arrogant individual that wanted to rule the earth. He considered himself superior to other organisms and considered them nothing more than food. He shows excellent strength and insane durability by defeating many A-class heroes like stinger and lightning max. He defeated Puri-Puri prisoner who was an S-class hero  with no difficulty and also outperformed Sonic who was escaping the prison and engaged in a fight with the monster. Later, he also fought Genos who was also an S-class hero in the hero association but annihilated him without much trouble, destroying his whole body. When the C-class hero, Mumen Rider arrived at the scene, he couldn’t do much but fought bravely. He was knocked by the Deep Sea King into the hands of One Punch Man Saitama, who arrived there on the request of the Hero Association. The monster punched Saitama’s head but could not even scratch him. Saitama  punched him and created a hole in his chest, his punch  generated a shockwave that stopped rain.

4. Gouketsu

Gouketsu was a dragon-level threat that appeared in the C-city. He was an executive member of the Monster Association. As an executive of the Monster Association, he possessed far superior strength than most of the heroes as displayed in his fight with Genos and Suiryu and defeated both of them with ease. He also had a keen perception which was a result of his four eyes and also had great agility and reflexes. He also took many punches from Suiryu and even his Void Sky Dragon Fist without showing any signs of pain. He was also a skilled martial artist when he was a human and became much stronger after he ate the monster cell. He broke Suiryu’s limbs after he refused to become a monster. Shortly after, his head was tossed in front of Suiryu after being punched by One Punch Man.

3. Garou

Garou is the student of the S-class hero bang. During his childhood, he liked villains and also sympathized with them. When he became an adult, he swore to become a villain and defeat all the heroes and called himself the Hero Hunter. As the student of bang, he was well-versed in martial arts and possessed great strength, durability, speed and reflexes. He is also shown to analyse his enemy’s battle style and use it to his advantage as shown when he fought with Genos. After his escape from prison, he defeated many heroes like the tank-top master and even defeated the Death Gatling Group which consisted of Stinger, Chain’n’toad, Smile Man, Gun Gun, Shooter, Glasses and Wild Horn, even after being heavily injured by Saitama’s punch. He later joined the Monster Association to become stronger and to defeat the Hero Association.

2. Elder Centipede

Elder Centipede was a gigantic centipede-like creature that appeared as a dragon-level threat. It was an executive of the Monster Association and worked on the command of the Seniors. Due to its enormous size, it could tank any attack without suffering any damage. It also caused a lot of destruction in the city and flung Metal Bat who tried to stop it by hitting it with its bat. In the centre of its head, it has an old, wrinkled face like a human being. It was attacked by the missiles of Metal Knight but remained undamaged. Later, it engaged in a fight with Genos, Bang and Bomb. Despite their combined efforts, the gigantic centipede was not much affected due to its regeneration ability. After that, it was lured by the hero King who mocked him and was defeated by Saitama who was hiding behind King waiting for an opportunity to punch the giant bug. The bug turned into dust from head to tail by a single punch from One Punch Man.

Boros is the most powerful enemy in the series that was capable of destroying planets. He was so powerful that he couldn’t find an enemy of his level and travelled the whole universe after a prophecy told him that he would find his desired fight from a fighter on a distant planet. He is also the leader of the Dark Matter Thieves who bombed and destroyed all of the A-city. He engages in an intense battle with Saitama and after using his Meteoric Burst, he attacks Saitama with his knee and sends him to the moon. Saitama quickly returns to his ship without any signs of damage and he uses his normal consecutive punches that deal a lot of damage to the Boros. But Boros quickly regenerates using his abilities and performs his trump card Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon to wipe out Saitama. His attack was repelled by One Punch Man, who continues to obliterate him by his serious punch. During his last moments, Boros praised One Punch Man for giving him and interesting fight.
